Intellectual Property: All artwork and designs created in any file format (either digital or hard copy) by AS Design Cumbria Ltd remain property of the company until unless they have been charged for, using such artwork within the job does not constitute ownership of the files, proofs or working files unless this has been charged for as a specific item. All drawings showing our trademark are our intellectual property and may not be copied, reproduced or forwarded to others by any means without our express permission. In cases where a logo, artwork, or other elements are provided by you to us, you warrant that the subject matter is not copyrighted by a third party or that you have been granted permission to use the copyrighted material on your sign. To support these warranties, you agree to indemnify us in any legal action connected with copyright infringement involving the work produced.

Cancellations: If you have given us written or verbal acceptance of a quote we have provided to you and then wish to retract or cancel your order thereafter, you will be charged a cancellation fee to cover the cost of any pre-purchased materials and/or any design hours already occurred.
